Prince Once Said Love Is The Master Plan

VATICANO

Yorkville Toronto

Prince once said that love is the master plan and at Vaticano Brunch, we believe that plan comes to life with every sunrise, every clink of a coffee cup, every hand reaching across the table.
Our tables are not just set with plates; they are set with intention and warmth
Start with our Grapefruit Crème Brûlée, a reveal to the sweetness of a slow, easy morning. Beside it, the rich notes of our Saltimbocca, layered with sage and prosciutto.
Our Croissant French Toast and our Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are a brightness that lingers long after the last forkful.
At Vaticano Brunch, the master plan is love: plated in colour, poured in warmth, served with open hands.

Let’s go back, way back, to 1895, when a British writer named Guy Beringer published an essay titled “Brunch: A Plea” in Hunter’s Weekly. In it, he argued for a new kind of Sunday meal: one that was lighter than the heavy post-church dinners of the time, and one that welcomed people recovering from their Saturday nights out.
Beringer wrote that brunch would make people happier, more sociable, and more relaxed. His vision was simple but powerful. And soon enough, brunch was no longer just a British idea, it was a global phenomenon.
But somewhere along the way, brunch became more than a meal. It became a cultural pause,  the clink of cutlery and the quiet murmur of connection and the sound of stories spilling over mimosas.
